Refund policy
RETURNS
Without the enforcement of a return law in Japan, our return policy lasts for 7 days for residents of Japan and at our sole discretion. For other countries in the world, this 7-day period is adapted to the recipient's country of residence so that the recipient is not subject to more restrictive conditions than the laws of his country. So if the buyer's country of residence has a 30-day return policy but the order has been received.
If we are in a country applying a 14-day return policy, we will apply the return times and conditions of the receiving country, ie 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have been unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Reshipment must be done by air if you reside in a country other than Japan.
To complete your return declaration, we need a receipt proving the reshipment to our services of any returned item (Tracking number)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Returns not accepted:
-Any item on sale, benefiting from discounts or participating in a promotion
Return for unclaimed parcel
(post office retention period exceeded)
Packages that have not been claimed at post offices are returned to the sender.
In this specific case, the reason for refusal for withdrawal concerning the purchase is not authorized. In the same way, the refusal to receive the parcel in order not to have to pay the customs fees, is not admissible.
However, you have the option of requesting partial reimbursement in the form of a credit note. This means that the amount of the shipping costs paid when purchasing your order have already been used, the refund will therefore be partial and because the package has not been received by the buyer, the refund will be in the form of a credit note. The shipping costs will therefore be deducted from the amount of your credit. Likewise, if your items were promoted while shopping, the amount of credit will be based on the promotional rates you received.
If, however, you want your order to be returned to you again, you will have to pay us once again the shipping costs necessary for this delivery.
* The shipping costs to be paid to us for a new shipment of your order will be identical to the shipping costs previously paid for the 1st shipment and in accordance with the rates of the Japan Post. If during this first shipment, you benefited from free shipping, we will ask you for this new shipment to pay us the shipping costs corresponding to the total weight of the order and in accordance with the Japan Post rates. (The total weight of a package and its shipping country determine the shipping costs to be paid to us which are in accordance with the official rates of the Japanese Post). If during your purchases you benefited from partial coverage of your shipping costs, this time you will have to pay us the total amount of these shipping costs (A copy of the shipping costs actually paid by our service to the Japan Post will serve as proof of the amount claimed)
Gift cards
Any item that is no longer in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error
Any item returned to us more than 7 days after delivery (an exception will be granted in order to comply with the return policies of the receiving country)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within a certain period of time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
